When you use the Service, we may automatically collect and store certain usage information from you and your computer or device such as Internet domain and host names; Internet protocol (IP) addresses; browser software and operating system types; clickstream patterns (how many visitors visit a specific feature on the Service; how long they stay on that feature; etc.); and dates and times that the Service is accessed. We may collect this information through the use of “cookies” (small pieces of data we store on your computer or mobile device for extended periods), “web beacons” (small graphic images on the Service that allow us to monitor and collect information about Service visitors), or similar tracking technologies as they become available (collectively “Tracking Technologies”).
You may set most browsers to notify you if you receive a cookie or you may choose to block cookies with your browser, but please note that if you choose to do any of these things some features of the Service may not function properly.
In general, we collect, store and use your information to enhance and customize your experience with the Service. For example, we may use information collected from you:
If you have provided your e-mail address, we will use it to respond to (i) customer support inquiries, and (ii) keep you informed of your Service activity, including comments from your social network friends. Some messages, such as invites for your social network friends to join you in the Service, may include your name and profile photo. We may also send promotional e-mail, SMS, or push notification messages (“Promotional Communications”) directly or through third parties. Each Promotional Communication will offer recipients the ability to opt-out of receiving additional messages.
Friends and Service users on the social network through which you access the Service may see your name, profile photo and descriptions of your Service activity. Service users may also be able to send you Service-related requests or even friend requests through the social network.
We do not actively share Personal Information with third party advertisers for their direct marketing purposes unless you give us your consent.
Third parties may have access to the Service’s user information, including Personal Information, in order to perform any of the above-specified activities on our behalf. We take steps to ensure that our arrangements with third-party service providers protect your privacy.
MGAME may also transfer and disclose information about its users, including Personal Information, and may use IP addresses to identify users: (1) in cooperation with internet service providers, law enforcement agencies and regulators when required to do so or when MGAME in good faith believes that such action is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation or to protect and defend the rights, interests, or property of MGAME, its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, third party content providers, suppliers, sponsors, or licensors, or to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, (2) at the request of regulators or governmental authorities conducting an investigation, or (3) to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing the Service and applicable laws and MGAME’s licenses.
Additionally, if all or substantially all the assets of MGAME or any of its related companies are acquired, or if the company otherwise engages in a fundamental corporate change, Personal Information collected by MGAME would be one of the transferred or disclosed assets.
You may review, update, correct or delete any Personal Information by changing the applicable information in your profile page on Facebook and/or the other social network through which you access the Service. If you completely delete all this information, your Service account may become deactivated. If you would like us to delete your records in our system, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will accommodate your request if we are not legally obligated to retain the records.
The Service is not intended for or directed at persons under the age of 13. If we become aware that a person is under the age of 13, we will take steps to remove all information submitted by such person through the Service and block such person’s access to the Service.
THE SERVICE OPERATES ‘AS-IS’ WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MGAME SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVENTS BEYOND ITS CONTROL, AND DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT ITS PRACTICES WITH RESPECT TO THE COLLECTION, STORAGE AND USE OF INFORMATION, INCLUDING PERSONAL INFORMATION, WILL BE ERROR FREE AND THEREFORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATING TO THE SECURITY, USE, OR RELEASE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.
